Responsibilities

Plan, organize, supervise, and manage all procurement activities across the project, overseeing and coordinating all procurement disciplines (subcontracts, purchasing, material control, expediting, and logistics)

Define procurement strategies and ensure alignment with overall project objectives

Collaborate with engineering, project controls, commercial, and construction teams to define, plan, and schedule procurement requirements and deliverables

Participate in key management meetings—internal and external—to present procurement performance, risks, and progress updates

In collaboration with the functional procurement team, develop and implement project-specific forms, templates, workflows, and processes

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards

Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings, risk reduction, and timely delivery of goods and services

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Contract Administration (or a closely related field)

15+ years of progressive procurement, supply chain, or commercial management experience within engineering, construction, or EPC environments

Proven delivery of large-scale projects with direct site involvement; experience leading multidisciplinary procurement for Mining & Metals across both large- and small-scale projects

Track record developing and managing procurement teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders

Highly analytical, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent communication skills
