Responsibilities
Process customer payments accurately and promptly
Prepare aging analysis and follow up on overdue invoices
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve payment issues
Reconcile daily bank deposits
Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a computerized accounting environment
Knowledge of general accounting and accounts receivable procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work with accounting systems and reconcile transactions
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Highly adaptable and process-oriented with analytical thinking
