Responsibilities
Own the end to end product development lifecycle of identifying, designing, and shipping large initiatives for clients and advisors
Produce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code
Work cross functionally with product leadership, design, and business partners to deliver the best product
Qualification
Required
5+ years building and scaling web applications with demonstrated impact in production environments
Strong full-stack proficiency including web frameworks (Rails preferred), frontend frameworks and libraries (NextJS and React preferred), and SQL databases
Proven collaboration abilities in cross-functional startup environments with mentoring experience and strong technical communication skills
System design expertise for scalable applications including authentication/authorization, caching, background processing, and API design principles (GraphQL preferred)
Preferred
Fintech domain knowledge including financial services, wealth management, regulatory compliance, or financial data integrations
Modern development ecosystem experience with macOS toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, IaaS providers, and observability platforms (Datadog)
