Sr GCC Analyst

This role involves responding to customer inquiries, monitoring order flow, and maintaining professional communication while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries (phone and electronic) regarding order status, cancellations, error trades, Globex functionality, market events, product attributes, and trading schedules
Proactively monitor order flow and adjust system parameters to ensure orderly markets
Contribute to risk parameter analysis discussions and conduct periodic checks for relevancy
Accurately input and modify Clearport trades
Execute intraday maintenance tasks for the Globex trading platform and associated applications
Perform daily settlements for CME Group’s core option products
Maintain professional communication and conduct
Display a friendly and collaborative tone in all written and verbal correspondences
Demonstrate accountability for actions and work product
Treat all customer concerns with high importance
Exhibit positive teamwork attributes and a proactive, helpful attitude
Be approachable and receptive to feedback
Be approachable, courteous, and proactive in assisting teammates
Demonstrate a willingness to improve personally and professionally through receptiveness to feedback

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Previous customer support experience in a customer-facing, high-stress, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with options and option valuation principles
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office programs (and Google applications)
Familiarity with Google console/workspace
Working knowledge of industry-related research tools (e.g., Charting and market data platforms)
Maintain professional communication and conduct

Understanding of settlement software
Experience with CME Direct
Familiarity with Bloomberg/Reuters terminals
3+ years of experience within the trading industry
