Responsibilities
Lead P&L responsibilities and advance the firm's Investor Relations and Financial Communications offering alongside it's other advisory practices
Lead client development and new business initiatives for listed and non-listed companies
Provide cross border communications and transaction advisory (China - US / US - China )
Serve as day-to-day contact for some of the firm's largest clients in local and regional markets
Build and manage team leaders on client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Advise clients on critical issues, brand reputation and challenging financial situations
Create innovative communication strategies and plans to drive client business growth
Develop and manage the firm's media relations and media database
Qualification
Required
University degree in Public Relations, Media Studies or Finance
Minimum 12-15 + years of experience in financial public relations, or investor relations
Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think and write creatively and strategically
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and creative spirit
Preferred
Experience working with China or Asia based clients
Experience working with clients in tech, financial services, education, crypto, corporate communications
