Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to identify and document requirements for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex solutions
Design and implement tailored solutions to address business needs effectively
Provide daily support and training to SharePoint users, ensuring smooth operations
Stay informed about industry best practices for Microsoft 365 solutions
Assist in migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365 and support Nintex migrations
Foster effective working relationships within and across business units
Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at managing multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse business personnel
Ability to stay current with development concepts and best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Nintex migration processes
Familiarity with hybrid work environments and the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely
