Responsibilities
Observe all safety, sanitation, GMP and HACCP requirements
Perform the duties of an Operator 1, Receiving Liquid
Perform unloading of tankers and running of ovens
Re-melting of product
Verify viscosity of finished product and adjust as needed
Operate equipment PLC’s
Performs required paperwork for inbound loads
Perform Visco/QA checks and sampling
Staging and addition of rework material on the floor
Responsible to track and confirm material into SAP
Cross train to perform all functions of a Receiving Line Operator, Level 3
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Good written and oral communication skills
Math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Basic computer usage (keyboard and mouse)
One (1) year food manufacturing experience, required
Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently
Ability to climb stairs, often
Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs, often
Comfortable working at heights
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility
Noise level can exceed .85 decibels
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Google Sheets, a plus
