The Senior Manager, Social will own and evolve Little Spoon’s social ecosystem, leading the brand’s social presence and ensuring excellence across all platforms while driving creative momentum and consistency.

Responsibilities

Own and implement Little Spoon’s organic social strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Build and manage the rolling content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns, launches, and cultural moments
Translate brand strategy and tone into clear social POVs, content themes, and creative briefs
Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Experiential, and Influencer teams to ensure unified storytelling
Lead content ideation and oversee all creative direction
Manage and execute high caliber creative from multiple sources; agency partners, creator networks, and internal production
Review and approve content drafts, storyboards, and final assets across all platforms
Ensure Little Spoon’s tone, visual identity, and message are consistent, sharp, and scroll-worthy
Identify opportunities to evolve format, frequency, and creative approach based on platform best practices and data
Manage and mentor the Social Media Strategist, providing structure, clear direction, and feedback
Maintain oversight of approvals, routing, and scheduling to ensure all content is on-time and on-brand
Oversee external partners and vendors ensuring deliverables align with campaign objectives and timing
Partner with Experiential to extend IRL activations into social storytelling
Lead monthly reporting and insight sharing across the Brand team
Analyze platform performance and identify learnings to inform strategy
Adjust creative and posting strategy based on engagement, algorithm changes, and audience sentiment
Share clear, actionable insights that tie creative performance to business impact

Required

6–8 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, or digital storytelling
Deep fluency across major social platforms — TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
Exceptional organization and operational strength, with experience leading content systems and managing external teams
Ability to balance creative vision with flawless execution
A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-impact environments, bringing calm, clarity, and structure to the chaos
A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and comfort with ambiguity
Based in NYC and confident working with teams across time zones - this is a hybrid role out of our Manhattan HQ
