Responsibilities

Assisting in the configuration and policy management of gateways

Supporting secure web gateway operations including URL filtering, SSL inspection, and traffic analysis

Troubleshooting connectivity and access issues

Applying zero trust principles to segment applications and enforcing secure access controls

Provisioning and managing virtual machines in environments

Monitoring and optimizing virtual machine performance across CPU, memory, disk, and network resources

Supporting backup and recovery operations using snapshotting and disaster recovery tools

Writing basic scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 3.00 GPA

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with networking fundamentals and operating systems

Preferred

Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Understanding of DNS, IP routing, VPNs, or firewall configurations

Exposure to virtualization platforms
