Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application capabilities and business processes
Provide comprehensive analysis and support for development and enhancement projects
Lead requirement gathering sessions and convert business needs into detailed user stories and technical requirements
Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality application releases and user experiences
Ensure adherence to security, risk management, and IT process principles
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with a strong record in eliciting and testing requirements for complex systems
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in technical writing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
Experience in vendor system integration and data conversion between systems
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Experience with Jira/Confluence and data visualization techniques
