Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

The Front Desk Representative is responsible for promoting quality customer service, processing sales and registrations, and enhancing the company's positive image through member engagement.

Health Wellness & Fitness

Responsibilities

Greets visitors and checks students in on the computer system
Discusses membership options with prospective families and register new students
Answers incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner, direct inquiries and messages to the proper staff member
Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending
Prepares student schedules for instructors and schedules private parties
Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach and follow-up
Provides occasional administrative support for management personnel, including the General Manager and Assistant General Manager
Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer

Qualification

Customer serviceMicrosoft OfficeInterpersonal communicationOrganizational skillsPhone sales

Required

High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

Some college preferred
One year of previous customer service and/or administrative office experience
Intermediate computer skills required with knowledge using Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
In-person and Phone Sales experience
