Responsibilities

Report to the Crew Lead

Shadow departments and learn about the operations of the company

Identify and treat invasive weeds

Visual inspection of pond components

Mow, weed-eat, and clean sites

Operate various equipment such as Ventrac, Wright Mower, Grandstand Mower, Hedge Trimmer, Chainsaw and String Trimmer

Qualification

Required

Actively enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program in natural sciences or compatible environmental studies program and entering Junior or Senior year, preferred

Proven interest in working outdoors with a passion for creating and maintaining healthy aquatic systems

Desire a full-time five-day work week

Ability to swim

Ability to regularly lift 75 pounds

Adapt and/or able to improvise quickly, as demanded by conditions or unknown factors
