Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads across providers, payers, and health tech organizations within the Nashville area
Secure introductory meetings with healthcare executives
Attend local networking events, forums, and conferences to identify and engage prospects
Build trusted relationships with regional healthcare leaders
Maintain consistent follow-up and manage outreach activities to ensure ongoing engagement
Partner with delivery, design, and engineering leaders to ensure seamless execution and long-term client value
Represent Trinetix at community and industry events, reinforcing brand presence in Nashville
Qualification
Required
3-10 years of experience in IT services sales or business development (not product sales)
Local network or familiarity with the Nashville healthcare community
Demonstrated ability to prospect, network, and secure meetings with new contacts
Excellent communication, relationship management, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Based in the Nashville area with the ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
Preferred
Deep knowledge and senior-level relationships in the provider, payer, or health tech markets
Track record of selling IT service solutions into complex healthcare organizations
Demonstrated success with regional/community health systems and regional health plans
