Responsibilities
Act as the key point of contact for all matters regarding the servicing of consumer loans, including but not limited to payments and transaction history, payoff requests, verifications, documentation, collateral perfection, member complaints, ancillary products
Assist members and colleagues with loan servicing requests in accordance with established expectations and SLAs, including but not limited to:
Balance/payment/amortization inquiries
Member complaints
Payoff requests or loan verification requests
GAP/Mechanical Breakdown Protection/Credit Life/Credit Disability questions or claims
Collateral and lien release and perfection
Provide members, internal/external customers, and 3rdparty vendors including car dealerships and insurance companies with quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner
Prepare consumer payoff letters
Participate in special projects as assigned
Assist members in call queue as required
Adhere to all regulatory compliance training inclusive of BSA/AML/OFAC and overall BSA/AML/OFAC compliance
Perform light typing and other clerical duties as required
Overtime as required
Perform other duties as required
Travel as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
1-3 years Consumer Loan Servicing Experience is required including vehicle loans
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred
Associate's Degree preferred
