Draft and deliver high-quality legal analyses, memoranda, and client-ready work
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively
Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative work environment
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong preference for a focus on mortgage lending and servicing
Expertise in federal and state laws governing consumer financial products and services
Outstanding legal writing and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to produce client-ready work under tight deadlines
DC Bar admission or eligibility to become admitted to the DC Bar is required
Preferred
Prior experience in a law firm or government agency is preferred but not required
