Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the warehouse during the 2nd shift to ensure efficiency and productivity

Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to promote a positive work environment and high performance

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and inventory management

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement initiatives

Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards to maintain a safe work environment

Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and delivery schedules

Required

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

3+ years of experience in warehouse operations management

Proven experience working in a 3PL environment

Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and WMS

Preferred

Master's degree in logistics or business administration

Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Certifications in logistics or supply chain management

Previous experience with direct report management
