The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic initiatives and operational projects that support the senior leadership team, ensuring that institutional objectives are met efficiently and aligning with the school’s mission.

Ensuring that key institutional objectives are met efficiently, aligning with the school’s mission and strategic priorities
Coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and deliverables, and providing high-level administrative and reporting support to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field)
Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, preferably in a higher education or business environment
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a complex organization
Strong understanding of business school operations, accreditation processes, and academic administration is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
Preferred
Master's degree (Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience working in an AACSB-accredited business school environment
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience managing budgets for institutional projects
