Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all evening shift operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, creating a positive team environment

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management processes

Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruption

Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates and operational changes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

3+ years of experience in warehouse operations management

Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as needed

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience in 3PL environments preferred

Lean Six Sigma certification

Experience with ERP systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Prior experience leading a diverse team

Knowledge of inventory forecasting and planning techniques
