Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Zone Manager Offsite Warehouse to ensure efficient inventory control and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves managing stock, coaching associates, and maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Must have a valid Drivers License and be able to drive a truck

Put the customer first at all times, (internal and external customers)

Provide best in first class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution

Proper utilization and respect for company issued tools and resources, with applications based on security practices of work environment

Responsible for stock, ordering, receiving and managing replenishers/stock associates

Create and maintain good working relationships with the stock associates

Ensure consistency of stock associates' performance and deliverables through application of timely coaching & performance management practices

Maintain store / stockroom / warehouse appearance with respect to creating a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations, visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standards

Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld or Company equipment

Be able to resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required

Follow Company policies and procedures and maintain safe working environment
