Responsibilities
Provides coordination and support for delivery of workplace services like Reception, Mail Services, Room Management, Meeting & Event Management, Meeting & Events Coordination, etc
Assists with general administrative support including invoice processing, expense reporting, etc. Requests building and/or equipment services as needed
Provides administrative support as directed, including meeting coordination, office and workplace equipment care, and supply management
Utilizes and maintains the integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery, as requested
Assist EHS activities as required to maintain a safe work environment for employees at site
Assists in the completion of the office Business Continuity plan
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
0 - 3 years of previous Administrative experience
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams). Overall comfort using technology and automated systems
Ability to prioritize and multitask; demonstrates urgency and respect for deadlines
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Refined organization skills; eye for efficiency
Poise, professionalism, and good judgment
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
