Regional DCEO Manager, Data Center Engg Ops

They are seeking an experienced Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO) Cluster Manager to oversee the operational excellence of multiple data centers within their regional infrastructure, combining technical leadership, operational management, and strategic planning to ensure optimal performance of data center operations.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple data centers within a region, ensuring 24/7 operational reliability
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cluster operations
Manage a team of data center facility managers, chief engineers, and technicians
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on maintenance, upgrades, and expansion projects
Monitor and optimize power usage effectiveness (PUE) and other key performance metrics
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cluster operations
Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards
Qualification
Required
4+ years of management experience
Experience with large scale mechanical and power systems
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations including systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units
Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams
Preferred
Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA
Experience with large-scale technical operations or large-scale compute farms
Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
