Responsibilities
Oversee a variety of Rack Structure projects
Driving the safety, profitability, and quality of each project from start to finish
Collaborate with professionals across the organization to ensure seamless project execution
Managing schedules, budgets, and client expectations
Support preconstruction efforts including take-offs, estimates, proposals, and pricing
Involved in project planning
Change order management
Subcontractor coordination
Managing project schedules
Maintaining project controls such as safety forms, work plans, submittals, and RFI’s
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
At least 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably within the Steel industry
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
