Responsibilities

Review and prepare accounting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards
Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes, supporting compliance with SOX controls
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on documentation and accounting best practices
Standardize processes and documentation across accounting functions to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with global accounting teams to identify and implement process improvements
Support ad hoc accounting projects and initiatives related to assigned business areas

Required

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred

Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting and systems like Leasequery and Netsuite
Familiarity with debt accounting and capitalized software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Blackline
