Responsibilities
Utilize advanced engineering methods to evaluate foundation systems, slope stability, and settlement behavior, offering ground improvement solutions as needed
Maintain consistent communication with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on track, provide guidance to junior engineers, and support companies growth initiatives
Develop thorough technical reports, craft detailed project proposals and engage in marketing and client development activities
Set the standard by promoting organizational policies and practices, with a strong focus on safety, risk control, project execution, and quality assurance
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Mining, or a related engineering field
A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the A/E/C industry
A Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain
A strong proficiency in computer skills, including at minimum Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
