Responsibilities

Lead strategic supply chain initiatives for various spaceflight systems
Provide detailed analysis of capability, capacity, and resource requirements necessary to vertically integrate critical components into the organization
Deep dive specific challenges of a process and communicate relevant information for senior leadership evaluation
Develop reliable and repeatable processes to streamline data collection and analysis
Quickly provide relevant information needed to successfully evaluate resources, costs, cycle times, and lead times associated with targeted projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills
MBA, other relevant graduate degree, or 5+ years operations/supply chain experience

Preferred

Experience working in an engineering-development organization
Industrial Engineering experience
Aerospace experience
Corporate finance experience
SQL or other coding ability
Experience with enterprise planning and scheduling software
Six-sigma or lean certification
Software proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Excel, MS Project
