Design complex scenarios for the structuring and syndication of liquid loan and bond transactions to advance AI capabilities
Build, adapt, and annotate financial deal models and transaction documentation
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to fixed income/debt capital markets for accuracy and practical relevance
Qualification
Required
1–6 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Fixed Income, or Liquid Loans, ideally at leading financial institutions
Strong expertise in debt origination, structuring, syndication, and execution of bonds or loans
Detailed understanding of market trends, investor communications, and transaction documentation
Proficiency with financial analysis tools and platforms commonly used in DCM (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel)
