Responsibilities
Create challenging high-yield and LevFin transaction scenarios to expand AI’s financial reasoning
Build, annotate, and adapt detailed models for deals and investor presentations
Validate and refine AI-generated LevFin outputs to meet market standards
Qualification
Required
1–6 years of experience in Leveraged Finance (LevFin) or High Yield roles at premier banks or buy-side firms
Advanced expertise in credit analysis, transaction structuring, and leveraged loan/high yield bond markets
High proficiency in financial modeling and scenario building for LBOs, M&A, and refinancing
Familiarity with negotiation, sponsor communications, and deal documentation
Minimum 20 hour commitment per week
Remote asynchronous contract
