Collect/analyze recruiting data in order to develop/update reports for the recruiting team and leaders across divisions, districts and stores
Analyze processes/metrics associated with CoRE (Center of Recruiting Excellence) operations and staff
Develop reports/recommendations to share with CoRE leadership team in order to facilitate strategic decision-making regarding staffing levels, processes, systems and metrics
