Responsibilities
Architect and implement reporting strategies for Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects, and HCM if applicable)
Design and develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and performance standards
Optimize existing ERP reporting frameworks for scalability and efficiency
Provide guidance and best practices for ERP reporting development to project teams
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP reporting issues across multiple modules
Stay current with Oracle ERP Cloud updates and new reporting capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, finance, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations with a focus on reporting
Experience leading ERP reporting workstreams in large-scale implementations
Deep expertise in Oracle ERP reporting tools and a strong understanding of core ERP processes
Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules across FIN, SCM, and HCM
Ability to interpret complex business requirements and design effective ERP reporting solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Travel to client site is required up to 25% of the time
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) integrated with Oracle ERP
Knowledge of SQL and data modeling for advanced ERP reporting
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and impact analysis
Exposure to global organizations and multi-currency, multi-GAAP reporting requirements
Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud or related reporting tools
Ability to mentor junior team members and establish ERP reporting governance frameworks
