Lead and inspire a dedicated finance team of 3, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Oversee all financial transactions, ensuring every check, payment, and deposit is handled with precision
Manage cash flow to keep the business agile and prepared for new opportunities
Strengthen vendor relationships with timely payments and discounts, while ensuring all receivables are promptly collected
Drive monthly financial reporting, including job costing, AR aging, and balance sheet reconciliations—delivering clear insights to guide company decisions
Support the President with strategic budgeting, asset management, and financial planning
Lead exciting projects such as transitioning systems from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI—modernizing our financial infrastructure
Play a key role in insurance renewals, audits, and ensuring compliance across all financial and asset management
Qualification
Required
A seasoned finance professional with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, required
8-10 years of solid experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role
Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems—Excel mastery is a must!
A skilled communicator who can clearly articulate financial insights and build strong relationships
Passionate about leading teams, improving processes, and making strategic contributions that propel a company forward
