Responsibilities
Assemble, install, connect, code, and diagnose KEYENCE products on advanced production lines
Travel regularly to customer sites to assist with equipment integration and verify proper operation
Optimize product configuration, including mechanical and digital adjustments
Provide guidance on product integration, operation, and troubleshooting
Maintain records of customer interactions and compile post-visit summary reports
Prepare KEYENCE equipment for customer use
Travel 50–60% of the time, including overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualification
Required
2-year degree or trade school equivalent (manufacturing, engineering, electronics, or maintenance technology preferred)
Ability to lift 30–70 lbs. of equipment, including overhead
Ability to climb a step ladder and use hand tools/electronic devices
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and custom software for product interface
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in English (secondary language a plus)
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Analytical skills for troubleshooting and product adjustments
Integrity and dependability in handling confidential information and meeting deadlines
