Responsibilities
Calibrate NOR and customer-owned Subsea Survey and ROV equipment
Monitor data trends to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk reduction
Oversee daily lab operations, documentation, and certification processes
Maintain and develop standards across calibration facilities
Provide training, technical support, and promote professional growth in the team
Drive continuous improvement and ensure proper maintenance of lab facilities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
Strong expertise in subsea survey and ROV equipment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset
