Account Executive - EU

Electrified Thermal Solutions is focused on electrifying the industrial sector to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The Account Executive will drive sales in the French market, expanding the customer base and building relationships across targeted industrial segments.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with industrial customers and/or energy savings contract project developers
Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion
Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and providing regular updates to the Head of Sales
Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development
Understand customer technical requirements and effectively communicate Electrified Thermal’s value proposition
Represent Electrified Thermal at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Negotiate complex contracts and agreements
Collaborate with the finance team to nurture and maintain successful relationships with HaaS financing partners
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of progressive industrial and/or project development business-to-business sales experience
Experience using CRMs to fully manage and report on forecasting and performance
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas in a complex sales environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
Strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred

An engineering degree and/or an MBA are a plus
Experience in industrial equipment sales or energy savings contract project development preferred
Experience and knowledge of industrial heating equipment, industrial heat processes preferred
Experience and knowledge of natural gas and electricity markets preferred
