Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain Axiom SL (ControllerView) data models, workflows, and regulatory reporting templates
Work closely with Basel and regulatory reporting SMEs to interpret requirements and convert them into Axiom-based configurations
Support Basel III/IV reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards
Perform data mapping, transformation logic, and integration of new data elements into Axiom frameworks
Troubleshoot production issues, perform impact analysis, and support defect remediation
Assist with testing cycles (SIT/UAT), documentation, and deployment activities
Partner with Finance, Risk, and Data teams to validate data quality and reporting accuracy

Qualification

Axiom SL developmentBasel III knowledgeSQL proficiencyData analysisRegulatory reporting experience

Required

Hands-on Axiom SL development experience, including ControllerView, data dictionaries, workflows, and report templates
Strong knowledge of Basel III regulatory frameworks (RWA, LCR, NSFR, capital calculations, etc.)
Experience translating regulatory requirements into Axiom technical configurations
Proficiency with SQL and data analysis for mapping, validation, and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and travel to New York as needed

Preferred

Experience working in large banking, financial services, or regulatory reporting environments preferred
