Account Coordinator
Doximity is transforming the healthcare industry and is seeking a dedicated Account Coordinator to join their team. The role involves supporting the Locum Tenens Sales team by coordinating staffing needs and ensuring effective communication with healthcare providers and clients.
Responsibilities
Support Locums assignment operations by collaborating closely with account managers and our logistics team to ensure alignment and up-to-date communication
Build and maintain accurate shift, rate, travel, and billing details in Salesforce
Send clear, timely confirmation letters to clients and providers
Monitor and update shifts based on changing client needs
Audit timesheet submissions to ensure correct, accurate rates applied
Qualification
Required
Experience in healthcare staffing or a fast-paced support role
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Suite
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, organized team player who can handle confidential info with care
