Responsibilities

Handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters involving road traffic accidents, public liability, product liability and workplace injuries
Manage the full litigation process from initial client instructions, through to resolution or trial
Develop case strategy, assess liability & quantum
Draft pleadings, court documents & manage disclosure
Provide compassionate and supportive client care, helping clients to navigate the legal process with clarity and empathy

Required

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, NQ-5 years PQE
Experience in Personal Injury litigation (claimant or defendant) and/or including EL/PL, RTA
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail needed for pleadings, witness statements and written submissions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to build work in conjunction with clients, experts, barristers and insurers
Empathetic attitude with a client-focussed mindset, committed to supporting vulnerable clients through emotionally challenging cases
High ethical standards and a genuine desire to help people rebuild their lives after injury
