Required

Knowledge of current laws, methods and procedures of the DMV
Computer experience (in an office or business environment) within the past 1–2 years
Experience handling monetary transactions (cash, checks, credit cards) within the past 1 year
Frontline customer service, experience in a fast pace work environment (e.g., retail, food service, banking) within the past 1 year
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers
Good work ethic and frequent contact with the public
Superior customer service skills, along with the ability to work with speed and accuracy while maintaining confidential records
Expected to report to work on time as scheduled
Pre-employment drug screening and background check is required
