Provide on-site technical support to ensure efficient and timely execution of lab experiments
Lead a team of 15-25, providing motivation, guidance, and support
Advocating for continual improvement
Addressing logistical challenges within the laboratory
Boosting team productivity
Advocating for solutions based on robust data analysis

Qualification

Required

Have over 2 years of leadership experience with a track record of improving team productivity and maintaining high quality standards
Possess more than 3 years of experience in a GMP or life sciences environment
Are skilled in systematic problem-solving approaches to address complex technical issues
Are eager to learn and potentially develop skills in computer programming, with or without prior experience
Understand and can apply industry best practices like Lean and Six Sigma
Thrive in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a startup
