Responsibilities

Establish and maintain formal records, systems, and financial information

Accept all real property into Real Property Inventory (RPI)

Ensure all disposals are accurately in RPI

Verify information recorded is accurate, complete, and retained in accordance with applicable laws

Qualification

Government Real PropertyMS Office SuiteSharePointProfessional communications

Required

Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum)

Demonstrated experience in supporting operations, reporting, and compliance for Government Real Property

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Experience using SharePoint as a collaborative tool and general proficiency in maintaining records in shared folders

Demonstrated effectiveness in professional communications, both verbal and written
