Responsibilities
Customer-Facing Analytics & Value Demonstration: Partner with Client Success and Commercial teams to build and deliver data-driven narratives that highlight Maven’s measurable impact on clinical outcomes, cost reduction, and employee well-being for enterprise clients
Actionable Insights for Stakeholders: Design interactive dashboards and scalable reporting frameworks (SQL, Tableau, Looker, DBT) that empower customer facing teams to independently track utilization, engagement, and ROI metrics aligned with their organizational goals
Scalable Solutions & Automation: Architect data sources and reusable reporting models that enable efficient delivery of analytics at scale across dozens of enterprise customers, improving turnaround time and consistency of insights
Cross-Functional Alignment & Project Leadership: Lead analytics initiatives that require collaboration across Client Success, Finance, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring alignment on business objectives, project milestones, and data definitions. Overall ownership of deliverables
Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and reporting processes, implementing scalable automation and documentation practices to increase reliability and transparency for customer deliverables
Storytelling & Communication: Translate complex data into clear, outcome-oriented insights that resonate with customer executives and HR/benefits leaders, reinforcing Maven’s role as a strategic partner
Innovation & Emerging Tools: Support adoption automation tools (such as Matik) to scale client reporting and standardize storytelling of clinical and business outcomes across customer portfolios
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of relevant analytics or data science experience
Fluency in SQL and a strong background in data visualization
An ability to juggle both long-term, strategic projects and ad hoc, urgent requests as needed
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts
Preferred
Experience with value/ROI/clinical outcomes storytelling (strong preference)
Experience with Matik or similar dynamic content creation systems
Experience with at least one primary visualization tool (Looker, Tableau), and/or DBT
