Required

High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience required
Attention to detail is essential along with the ability to proofread (detect errors in spelling, grammar, formatting, etc.)
Good keyboarding skills
Requires strong computer background
Ability to find library materials on the shelves
Ability to work well with others
Reliability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Physical abilities: lift up to 40 lbs. and be able to move book carts up to 50 lbs

Preferred

Previous library experience preferred, but not required
