Responsibilities
Creating detailed design documents and presentations throughout all project phases
Draft furniture, millwork, and layouts
Supervise shop drawings
Create specs and design packages
Liaising with trusted vendors and suppliers to source high-end pieces
Managing pricing, lead times, and procurement details to support seamless project deliver
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design
Strong background working with renowned interior design firms
Proficiency in millwork, furniture design, bespoke case goods
Experience working with custom fabricators for furniture, lighting and joinery
An eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
Degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
