Delivering MindGym magic to a diverse client base

Catalyzing behavior change at all levels in the organization

Creating an inclusive environment

Generating an energetic atmosphere conducive to learning

Demonstrating professional, scientific, and content expertise

Making sympathetic connections between the content, the group, and the facilitator

Delivering a seamless experience

Qualification

Facilitating at senior levelsPublic speakingPsychology backgroundBehavioural science knowledgeDynamic deliveryExceptional communicationMotivational skills

Required

Very experienced with facilitating at all levels of seniority within a corporate organisational setting

Facilitating Senior Leadership groups is a strong advantage

Incredibly comfortable with public speaking and leading sessions for small and large groups, both virtually and in person

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire, captivate and motivate your audiences quickly

A background or interest in psychology and/or behavioural science

Enjoy delivering dynamically and enthusiastically, helping people use their brains differently to get more out of their work and personal lives
