Responsibilities
Ensure all software products are controlled and traceable
Manage and release software builds and updates
Organize and conduct software configuration control board meetings, including agenda preparation and action item tracking
Conduct audits to confirm compliance with contractual requirements
Produce software media for distribution to customers
Qualification
Required
Active SECRET clearance required
Bachelor's degree in software, computer science, or a related technical field, or at least 4 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in a Software Configuration Management role
Keen attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines
Proficiency with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket)
Preferred
Experience with software configuration management practices
Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle
Background in a dynamic development/integration environment with continuous changes
Skills in creating, archiving, and managing software builds and releases
Knowledge of version control and defect management tools such as IBM Rational (ClearQuest, ClearCase) and Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Git, Bitbucket)
