Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and managing seasonal samples to support wholesale, ecommerce, and PR needs
Track sample movement in Launchmetrics and maintain sample closet organization by season
Support inbound and outbound shipping, returns, and archiving of samples
Assist in preparing for seasonal market appointments, including printing tags, organizing samples, and updating collection detailing
Collaborate with international teams to manage collection shipments for global markets and prepare packing lists
Support the Merchandising team by maintaining accurate sample lists and ensuring all products are accounted for throughout market week
Coordinate sample pulls for E-commerce, PR, and Wholesale Marketing photo shoots
Communicate sample availability and updates to internal teams
Qualification
Required
You are enrolled in and working towards a Marketing degree or other related major
You can get credit from your school or college for the internship
Strong organizational skills. Must know how to prioritize daily and ongoing tasks and be able to see ‘bigger picture' of the day to day
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office (word, PowerPoint, excel…)
You are a team player with a positive attitude who can thrive and take initiative in a fast-paced work environment
