The HR Business Consultant will support Supply Chain managers by managing HR policies, executing specific projects, and providing leadership in HR decisions and programs.

Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of HR policies and execute business specific projects and initiatives relating to people
Provide support for management teams and associates by answering non-routine requests for information on policy interpretation
Provide advice and counsel on employee issues with emphasis on people management
Implement practices and programs in support of HR and business strategy
Compile and analyze data for reports and special projects
Champion and drive key HR programs and objectives
Recommend staffing actions and collaborate with managers on restructuring
Partner with Global Talent Management to deliver training solutions that address skill, knowledge, and leadership gaps
Provide thought leadership and project support for talent management initiatives
Facilitate relevant training sessions and advise leaders on workplace trends to enhance associate engagement
Understand associate needs through focus groups and exit interviews to promote satisfaction and foster an inclusive culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, equivalent work experience
Proven expertise in HR policies, procedures, and practices
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Preferred
Master's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
Experience in a Supply Chain environment
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
Background working in global or multi-site environments
