Sales Executive- Cyber Security
TBG | The Bachrach Group is representing a growth-stage cyber security services firm that focuses on helping organizations identify and remediate weaknesses in their technology and processes. They are seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Executive who can drive net-new revenue and expand existing relationships by positioning assessment and testing services that materially improve customers’ security posture.

Responsibilities
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for security assessment and testing engagements
Build, maintain, and progress a qualified pipeline of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise opportunities
Lead discovery conversations to understand business context, technical environment, risk priorities, and regulatory drivers
Partner with technical team members to define appropriate scopes for security assessments across various environments (e.g., applications, networks, cloud, user-focused testing, advanced attack simulations)
Present and articulate the business value of our services to senior technology and security leadership as well as procurement stakeholders
Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity notes in the CRM
Represent the company at relevant virtual and in-person events to cultivate brand awareness and new relationships
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success selling cybersecurity or closely related technology/security services
Familiarity with common regulatory and security guideline landscapes (e.g., U.S. and international standards, industry-specific compliance needs)
Working understanding of offensive security and assessment concepts, including: Evaluation of external and internal network exposures, Application-level security reviews (web, mobile, APIs), Security considerations in major cloud platforms, Human-factor testing such as phishing and social engineering, End-to-end attack simulation engagements with defined objectives
Strong consultative selling capabilities, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for both technical and executive stakeholders
Self-directed, motivated by achieving and surpassing targets, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, growing organization
Preferred
Established relationships with senior security and technology leaders
Experience driving revenue through channel partners or service providers
Awareness of advanced practitioner-level security certifications (not required, but beneficial for credibility in technical discussions)
