The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Sales Training Intern to work with the Sales Training team in a cross-functional role. The intern will research and develop coursework, assist in class maintenance, and engage with sales training materials to support the sales force's experiential learning.

Research and develop coursework, materials and content for the Sales Training team

Assist in set-up and maintenance of classes offered during the summer

Work with the sales training calendars and databases

Research industry standards for Sales Training

Take some sales courses to better understand the Reynolds sales environment

Qualification

Project managementMicrosoft OfficeWritten communicationVerbal communication

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Project management abilities; including progress reporting and deadline delivery

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around a classroom for up to 4 hours per day

Up to 10% travel
