Research and develop coursework, materials and content for the sales training team
Assist in set-up and maintenance of classes offered during the summer
Work with the sales training calendars and databases
Research industry standards for Sales Training
Take sales courses to better understand the Reynolds sales environment
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around a classroom for up to 4 hours per day
Up to 10% travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management abilities; including progress reporting and deadline delivery
