New Grad, Entry LevelCharter Mechanical is a company that provides complete HVAC, process piping, and plumbing services for various facilities. They are seeking a Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to assist with project proposals, material tracking, and support for field supervisors.
ConstructionHeating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Responsibilities
Preparation of project proposals and estimates
Purchasing and tracking of materials for installation
Labor productivity tracking
Contract documentation, submittals, CO and RFI logs
Schedule development
Supporting our field supervisors by providing information needed for efficient installation of the work
Qualification
Required
College degree, preferably in Construction Engineering Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering
Equivalent work experience considered
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work well with others
Interest in a fast paced and fulfilling career
Background check and drug test will be required
Preferred
Recent college graduate
Work experience but new to the construction industry
